Agreed, it's a bit crazy.
When the previous managers were sacked there was clearly some issues with the squad quality.
At least the previous manager/coach was given a transfer window to try and change things.
Looks like Walters trying to save his own job by passing the buck.
Spending a ton on Gibson tells you a lot about their ambition.
