we are limited in the number of talented young players we have to play instead. Juts playing a load of kids just because they're kids, even if they aren't near the standard required yet, is a recipe for relegation.
This is a transition year between the old, parachute payment bloated, squad and the new one we are trying to build.

There's no point the club saying "we aren't getting promoted this season". We are obviously trying to get promoted, even if it is very unlikely, because the aim is always to do as well as possible with what you have.
