The super sized academy clubs hovering up talent.
Back in the day, a very talented youngster would often join this local small club with the idea of playing first team football. Now the big clubs attract kids with fantasic facilities.Even if they get nowhere near the first team, the kudos of say 'being on Chelsea's books' is enough to secure a future .
