(I seem to remember) being late for the bus to the cup game in which he was going to get his second chance. Silly boy.

But to be fair to the lad we did only see the one game from him. Obviously it’s not like he ended up being the one that got away and playing for Real Madrid but he is judged on that one game. Worked out well in the end though.

But in terms of points dropped due to poor goalkeeping over a two season period, it must be fair to put Long up there in terms of worst ever Norwich keeper, don’t you think?
