Are confirmed alien signals and it's an agreed protocol amongst the world's major scientific and political powers to drip feed information slowly until they are 100% sure it's alien life.that's paraphrasing, funnily enough people have been saying they would do a drip feed scenario for a long time.Who f**king knows eh?
