They have no need whatsoever for more money. Still, a lot of people in their position would have screwed the club hard anyway, because You Can Never Have Too Much Money (YCNHTMM). But they have always chosen to put the club first. Yes, being independently wealthy anyway creates the opportunity for them to do that. But it's still a pretty rate thing they have done in this day and age.
