So I suddenly find I can’t watch matches on the button rouge any more. I ask the Wrath if All Knowledge. Turns out I need something called Sky Q. So I book that in to be installed.

Up pitch the Sky “computer says no” boys. Your dish isn’t modern quality for Q, we can’t do it. Ok, book me in for a new dish. No, we can’t replace that dish, it’s too high and inaccessible, why’s it hidden away up there? Because it’s a listed building, that’s where it was allowed, and you f**kers put it there. Ahh well elf and safety says we can’t do that now, but we could fix it right in the middle of your Queen Anne facade, ok mate? Funnily enough no not ok. Oh well, toodle pip, no red button for you.

Fuckers. At least in the course of this I’ve discovered that I’ve been paying them £45 a month for something called Variety which doesn’t even exist any more, so they’ve graciously agreed not to charge for that again.
