And never spent anything on replacements we would probably show an operating profit but clearly it's better to buy new players than pay that money in taxes.
My point is that if the club makes a small loss overall it looks well run from a fiscal standpoint.
Some of the champs clubs have to be hemorrhaging huge amounts of cash.
Even if they don't reach the FFP type limits.
