Doubtless what they're hoping for

The whole point of Now, for me at least, is that I can pay to watch what I want at a reasonable rate. For example I subbed to watch House of the Dragon, it ended, I cancelled, I will do that again in two years when the next season comes out. Similarly I've got Amazon Prime now, just to watch Rings of Power, and will bin that off after Thursday when the last ep of this season airs, for two years.

If they do their pricing to "encourage" people to just go monthly they will end up cannibalising Sky subs when surely the point is they mop up revenues from people like me who won't do a Sky sub but are still willing to pay for the odd bit here and there.
