Students bring a lot to the city but there's already really quite a lot of student accom

and I'd rather some genuinely affordable homes were built instead. Yes I do realise the economics of it, students = £££, and the sense of having party animals living in the PoW road/Riverside area so it's all contained to an extent, but still.

And yeah it looks s**t!
