In 1994 the Brian Jonestown Massacre supported Oasis on their first US tour. Thirty years later, the rumour mill has it that they will be supporting them again on a handful of Oasis reunion dates. Did they get on? “No, we did not. Noel Gallagher is standing there as we’re doing 15-minute songs, not getting into our psychosexual thing at all, and then I told him that Oasis sounded like Guns N’ Roses. Joel [Gion, the BJM’s tambourine-playing joker in the pack] gave them some crazy speed and they were up for the next three days.”
