Should I be his replacement?

Obviously I'm being a bit of a knob, but as others have said, we know nothing really of the value he does or doesn't add. So I wouldn't worry about it.

Frankly, I was surprised he stayed when JHT was appointed. This is a great opportunity to get some cash from Stoke and appoint someone else that will suit what JHT is trying to do.
