how would you punish them

115 charges , say 10-20 are proved , that is still a lot , points deduction for one season water of a ducks back to them , relegation to the championship , they will just shrug their shoulders , and as you point out its not fair on the championship .. plus the team that would have gone down benefits from another year of premiership money
