I think it sad that the union flag, and the St. George's Cross in particular

have become so tainted. I am proud to be English and British, without any negative nor superior feeling toward people who are not.

However, the social media "are flag is baned" lunatics have rather ruined that. It feels as though it has almost become a swastika (because of them, not the mythical loony liberal elite they blame for it).
