Little ceramic jobbies. I use one in the office at work.
I was dubious when it arrived but it's quite an impressive bit of kit for its size and costs less to run than the old style fan ones, and it doesn't do the cook/ freeze on/ off cycle.
I've got one of these, though I paid double that off Amazon 3 years ago rather annoyingly.
