He's the real deal I think. i've pretty much agreed with everything he's said post match

this season. Also made the subs needed when they needed to be made. I really don't understand why so many coaches and managers can't see obvious issues during games when so many people in the stadium can see them or alternatively see the issues but do nothing about it because conventionally subs don't get made til half way through the second half.

The bar is very low in football management it seems. Thankfully Hoff looks a good one.
