30m is good for Norwich because.....
I don't think anyone will pay it.
Is he really a 30m striker?
A bit injury prone and a bit unproven at the highest levels.
Clearly very good at the championship level but a lot of proven champs players have gone for much less.
He is probably worth 15-25m
