From what little I saw of the Oxford game we definitely looked ,early on

At least ,to be trying to play with a higher tempo.with all these new players coming in you'd expect us to lack cohesion at times as they bed in.we did get caught square at the back for oxfords first (I think it was),I think it's probably harder than ever for defenders to bed in and be an effective unit with the game being so regimental with regards zonal positioning in every aspect of play,rather than just defending.
