Webber bottled his own plan: he didn't properly support Farke and then stupidly gave him a 4 year deal before sacking him rather than figuring that he should just sack a manager he wasn't going to support. Or even better sack himself which he was supposed to do.

He then bottled doing a proper reset chasing god knows what goal with Smith and then Webber.
