Sara, Idah and Rowe

Sara - well and truly found out by Leeds. Wouldn't have been as effective this season.
Idah - did well at what is, essentially, third division level.
Rowe - s**t when he came back from injury and had a bad attitude.
Knapper may be a genius (Please don't BMTP).
