He said it would be a guaranteed move. No conditions. Speculated it would involve a loan fee up front and then the formal transfer happening next year. It's a way for buying club to avoid paying immediately to help with cash flow, ffp etc and usually means the selling club gets a little bit more cash up front with the loan fee or getting a wage off their books.
