I guess one pitfall of a successful Academy is that

some players are uber keen to be playing week in, week out and dont have the patience to wait until the coaching staff here deem them meriting starting places consistently.

Que sara. If we get 7 figure sums for these guys then it pays for future crops of youngsters, some of whom will hopefully have good long careers with us
