i have it on good authority that the largest conf venue in norfolk is up the showground and the biggest user is ncc for gcse resits. it has a capacity of 4000.

but to be honest, there aren't going to be many organisations that will bring a large conference all the way out to norfolk are there? the crap transport links scupper the idea for a start then we haven't got much in the way of accommodation.
