Not least because i suspect at least 2 of the starters he will be usingarent even in the building yet.
Other new signings have only just arrived, or are injured.
Also he is trying to change around the style of play totally.
It could be 6-7 weeks before he has everything bedded in.
If we dont sign a DCM, another CB and some striking cover, I suspect we will struggle anyway given the loss of Sara and the aging members of existing squad. So some expectation management would probably be helpful.
