Exactly what we need, and a job made a lot harder by the last summer of quick fix solutions who just fitted right into that negative 'dressing room leader' culture.

It would be a very hard job though. I doubt we could give Duffy or Hanley away for free, so we'd have to pay lots to dispose of them
