I don't think it is that our current squad can't do 4-3-3 but more

that our current squad can't pass, control, tackle, shoot or get into the correct position.

We have two number 9s (for now), a thousand wide forwards rather than traditional wingers, zero #10s, and supposedly talented midfielders (McLean, Gibbs, Sorensen, Nunez).

I think the issue is that our midfielders are poor. We've spent two seasons now hearing that our midfield has not "played to their capability" and by now we should really accept that they are playing to their capabilities. They're not very good.

Fingers crossed Forson helps. He looked an upgrade, but still not quite sure whether he is going to be our new Damian Francis or our new Pape Diop.
