I don't think we should sell because we won't get a high fee for him due to that.

Been saying it for a while. Sell Sara who I believe is at his ceiling as he is not agile enough to get considerably better as a player. Keep Rowe because talent vs current value means it would not be worth selling him until he completes at least one season (or most of it) and consistently plays and lasts 80-90 minutes (which he didn't do even before injury last season).

Once he shows he can do that, then he is going to attract offers worth selling him for.
