Even if you look at the outlier coaches that achieved incredible results such as Wilder in his first PL season or Ranieri winning the League.

Did they go on to repeat that elsewhere?

Even Lambert who did back to back with us couldn't get Ipswich out of LG1

We played virtually the whole team that started last season and guess what......They are still decent going forward and defensively poor....its the same players.....
