What could possibly go wrong?

I read this story this morning before the IT outage reports were so visible. Rolled eyes at the weird marketing speak (e.g … “Our shared commitment to excellence will ensure that supporters have access to a best-in-class ticket-buying experience that will elevate and enhance the supporter experience at Carrow Road.”j & was a bit disturbed by the original image choice (section of crowd with arms in air, at that moment doing a good impersonation of the Hitler salute). Someone seems to have spotted the image problem & the seats are now empty, but the marketing speak remains and I can’t say that helping to “ … fast track the adoption of mobile season ticket cards and match tickets, further improving the event-day experience.” seems such a good idea today.
