Refunds for Club Brugge stream

Supporters who purchased a Canaries TV pass for the live stream of our fixture with Club Brugge will receive a refund.

A technical issue with the streaming provider delayed the start of the stream and refunds will now be processed for all those who purchased a pass.

If supporters purchased an individual match pass, they will be refunded the full £5 cost of the pass.
If supporters purchased a pre-season bundle, they will be refunded £3.75, the equivalent value of one game within the bundle.
The club would like to apologise on behalf of the provider to supporters affected by the issue.

The club have also asked our provider to investigate the issue further and ensure future streams are not similarly affected.

Supporters do not need to request a refund; they will be processed automatically in the coming days. If you have not received a refund by Friday, July 26, please contact the customer service team.
