They were fine against Switzerland

Didn't quite come off at times and I think we are still trying to work out how best to use Bellingham in combination with the others, but it looked a lot better and gave me the feeling that the team IS capable of getting better.

Reactions were really strange after the game I thought. Some seemed to think Foden was rubbish, but against Switzerland he was very good and contributing all over the field until later in the game. I have seen a lot of cries for Toney to start, but he did absolutely nothing other than the penalty (and no, he didn't "still" do more than Kane).

The performances of Guehi, Konsa, Mainoo and the availability of Shaw if even only as a sub, encourages me.

If people think this England isn't good to watch I think they should go back and watch some footage of the Graham Taylor, Fabio Capello and Roy Hodgson editions.
