The Bellingham part is a good point but I don't think it's the only issue to solve...

Bellingham wants to play in Kane's space which isn't helping. But Foden also did that the first three games, although he did keep disciplined and stay wider against Slovakia.

However, Trippier was also unable to get Foden the ball even then because he is clearly not a left back.

Not saying I think it would be the best shape, but I wouldn't be entirely shocked to Southgate go for a 3-4-2-1 with Guehi out.

Stones, Konsa and Walker at the back, Saka and TAA wing backs, Mainoo and Rice in the middle and Bellingham and Foden behind Kane, although that might also not solve the issue of playing in the same space, so maybe Bellingham for Mainoo and Palmer and Foden behind Kane.
