It needs to go into the other person’s app so they can show their ticket. And the QR codes will appear on the tickets the night before.

Did you have to do the ‘accept tickets’ thing after paying for them? And are they now showing in your app? On one of them, you click actions and transfer then it will be their email address linked to their account and they then have to accept it.
