Re benefits it depends what you can/can’t manage unaided not whether you are/aren’t on particular meds.
If your current antipsychotic is causing intolerable side effects there are various options but you need an actual quack to talk through those with you. Even the process of simply coming off or reducing a dose often needs careful support and management and it’s not something to try solo.
