Football Insider claimed to have exclusive information last week from "sources within the Club" that talks were well advanced with a young foreign manager who would need a work permit to move to Carrow Road. For what it may (or may not) be worth the likes of Carlos Cuesta would still need to apply for a new work permit if they changed their employment in the UK!
