I know my Haterz like to misquote me but let me repeat.
Managers/coaches are overrated....I didn't say they were not important just their level of importance is exaggerated.
In the same way squad quality and recruiting is often underrated.
When things are going badly Managers are blamed for everything and ultimately get sacked.
But rarely are the vast majority of the problems of their making.

Just checking but haven't the last 3 Man City managers all won titles and cups .....
Maybe they were all genius managers and they would have won the same titles at West Ham or Everton....
