I felt a bit sorry for him.

Every time he came on (for two minutes or similar), I was really willing him to score or have an impact but he didn't, he just looked kinda lost, the poor bastard.
I wonder what he thought himself; moving over here for five months, to barely play and the upheaval of going to a different country etc. and how it has all affected him mentally and what impact it will have on the rest of his career.
I know he's a footballer and therefore very well paid, but I hope he goes back to Italy (or wherever next) not totally demoralised and can kick on at a club that actually wants him.
