There's zero point in us going for someone "proven" at this level
The only managers that would come to us that already have a lengthy track record at our level will have at best a mixed record of success and failure.
Otherwise, why would they consider coming to NCFC at all?
Like with the signings we make, we need to be going for coaches that have the potential to be way too good for NCFC.
