Completely agree, a real feeling of emptiness

Just watching Leeds pass it around us (admittedly without creating too much)
We huffed and puffed. When we did get the ball we seemed completed bereft of ideas, a plan, any structure to our play (am I surprised based on this season? Not really!)
And probably really naive of me to hope/wish/expect some sort of spark to come from nowhere.

We got a couple of free kicks from distance, like we did against Ipswich at home, and it felt maybe that was to be our way to ‘fluke’ a goal. But that aside, nothing about the game said we are attacking these playoffs.

I’ve watched the playoffs over the best part of 20 years, and what struck me was normally the 6th place teams fly out of the blocks, with the 3rd place teams sulking a bit… but we literally did nothing.
