I lived in one along Newmarket road, one of the oddest experiences ever..

and I know odd. The lady was well into her 80's and had some sort of rooms converted into flats by her daughter.

My flat had a door that connected to the main kitchen and she'd just wonder in at all times of night and day.

Kind of sad as she lived in the past. Her husband was a famous Norwich doctor. Her daughter lived in their holiday house in Italy but came to Norwich occasionally and showed me round the house. Truly a time capsule. It truly was cold and weird though and I found warmer digs on Earlham rud 6 months later.
