I always feel that most of the foreign ones are either streams

from iFollow or clubs own branded tv channels. Mixed with streams off American and Middle Eastern broadcasts. I suspect those illegal streams will only be for those games being broadcast by legit TV stations, whereever they might be. How many of those there are worldwide I have no idea.
