Two Norwich home games in 8 days!

I usually only get to go to the one home game a season, being in the North-West. Two great wins and overnight stays in local Premier Inns.

I really didn’t think we would win yesterday before kick off but was confident of a draw. With Gibson and Duffy as our centre backs and the way Ipswich play on the front foot and through the middle, I did not see how we could keep a clean sheet against them.

Probably the proudest performance I have seen at FCR; not just the players but the whole club and supporters. Everyone was connected yesterday and all 4 sides were engaged. I was along the Thorpe Wing, towards the Snakepit and near the end of the game, you could hear the River End singing OTBC! This made us lot and the Barclay join in.

Off to Hillsborough and Deepdale next week. Hopefully see some of you Wrathers there.
