i dug out all my old shirts & shorts from a wardrobe shelf the other day in prep for this

morning's smug parkrun. was tempted to go with my "Deej" one from BitD. opted for Colman's 97-99 classic.

saw a good few city shirts make their way into the city for pre-match brekkers as i headed out of it to catton park, but i was only one with city shirt at parkrun & only one ippo regular with their current white away/3rd shirt. didnt know he was ipswich until today. too fast for me to compete with unfortunately. bleedin vegan runner is too healthy for me.
