I don’t know if you’re in somewhere or at hum

Either way don’t be afraid to ask for meds review if sertraline is giving you bad side effects. I have literally been on all of them. Good ones for me mood wise were mirtazapine, trazadone and vortioxetine but we’re all different and different ones will work for you. For my dad fluoxetine did the trick, for my daughter sertraline is the one that works.

Also tell them about your sleep issues as that’s massive when it comes to mood. There’s stuff that can help, like promethazine or quetiapine etc, but it’s important to get the quacks advice as some stuff could be totally wrong for you.

Keep on keeping on old boy and get through today. Worry about tomorrow tomorrow. Thinking of you.

I hope you’re getting some psychological input - talking treatments - or at least are on the list for some. I don’t know if you’ve checked out the Recovery College (Google NSFT Recovery College) there are courses there which, while at a fairly basic level, can be really helpful. It’s free. You mentioned PD before and there’s a new course on that. There’s also one on ACT which while waiting for other forms of psychological input can be really helpful.

It’s great that you’re talking on here and great that you’re reaching out to Simon like you are. You’re doing the right things.
