spurs turnover a 800,000 quid a game from matchday catering, £71.23 per fan on average
i know turnover is vanity and all that but maybe just bung a quid on a hotdog?
part of the reason why they make such incredible turnover is that the facilities are state of the art conducive to fans wantingn to stay there and spend cashola. therefore they are open for two hours prior to the game and two hours after the game as people enjoy the experience and offer that is available.
so, it makes no sense at all in developing carrow road as nothing good can possibly come of it, let's just leave it as it is and when we are stood for ten minutes in the queue waiting for a mechanically recovered cold dog and a pint of warm piss we can thank our lucky stars that the club has saved each of us around 60 quid by fronting up with possibly the most basic hospitality offer this side of that floating refugee hotel.
