I haven't seen it expressed this way, but it is clear
that the good teams are getting more points, mostly at the expense of the s**t teams.
Numbers:
In the first TEN years of the PL the Top Three were getting, on average, 41.5 pts MORE than the bottom three
In the second ten years of the PL this had risen to a 51 pts difference.
And in the last decade it rose even higher, to 53.3 pts
Who imagined that giving big clubs more money would lead to inequality?
