Not many championship players go for over £20m though
And presumably we would only sell him if:
A) He wanted to go;
B) We needed the cash; or
C) someone made us a massive offer we couldn’t refuse
Depending on which scenario drives the deal will also impact the price. Maybe it’s £20m in scenario B, £22.5m in scenario A, and £25m in scenario C? I still can’t really believe someone would pay £20m for him though, which perhaps might mean we don’t get an offer that is enough for us to be willing to sell at this stage. Like we had with Aarons, and possibly Cantwell too.
