I suspect Farke comes across as more relaxed and that must help

Leeds have traditionally fallen away, but the string of results they have had is astonishing given the problems he faced when he went in there.
We had it with Lambert and Farke with players oozing confidence once they started winning.
The interesting question is why we started to back off and become passive yesterday, when we had the game by the scruff of the neck after two very impressive victories.
My conclusion is that Wagner if too cautious and almost too tactical, when gut feeling should be telling him that we should continue to attack and to kill these games off to keep precious momentum.
The net result will be him being asked the same questions again this week and trying to justify over-analysis.
What's lost in this scenario is the feel-good factor that Leeds and probably even scum have going into every game.
