The final is the episode where you give up trying to get the answers because they are just too complicated.
I think this one could be explained as each vowel is a number a as the first vowel equals 1, e is 2, i is 3 etc.
So Mozambique with 5 vowels is m4z1mb3q52 - or 41352 mozambique the answer given.
