OK, watching the highlights

it appears that the team is unified and playing for the Manager.

All the communication from the people in charge indicates he is here for the rest of the season at least. If 1 win in 10 was not enough for him to be sacked, us 20% folks should just let go of the hope we might change the manager short term.

So, how about upgrading the first team coaches? Hughes and Pelach are both very inexperienced and the current 'style' of play must be laid at their door (along with Wagner).

If the powers that be would not consider sacking Wagner then maybe a first team coach upgrade would bring the playing approach change that we all want to see.
